Interpreting
With appropriate documentation students may be eligible to receive interpreting services. Students must meet with a Disability Specialist to determine the appropriate accommodation.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, the provider will be paid for the assignment. In the event that a class is cancelled, the student withdraws, or the request is rescinded for any reason, the provider will be paid for two weeks of work, following notification of the cancellation. This does not apply in the instance that a consumer is dissatisfied with the services provided and requests a replacement provider.If the University is closed due to inclement weather, the provider will be paid for the assignment as scheduled. For information on whether or not the university is closed due to weather conditions, you can call (617) 373-2000 which has a recorded message indicating whether or not the university is open. Announcements are also posted on the front page of the Northeastern University website at www.neu.edu.
